Patchhound is operated by Adore LLC. The product stores account identity, organization details, authorization attestations, submitted app artifacts, generated reports, review-scope requests, settings, and audit events for the workspace.

Do not submit production secrets, credentials, private keys, customer data exports, live payment data, or artifacts you are not authorized to share. Secret-like patterns are rejected before accepted artifacts are stored for analysis.

Retention settings are controlled in the workspace settings screen and should be aligned with your company policy before submitting sensitive engineering artifacts.
